At Comforting Thoughts, protecting your privacy is an important part of our outstanding customer service. Our policy is simple. We collect no personal information unless you specifically and knowingly provide it.

For example, to process an order, we ask for your name, address (for shipping), contact information (in case we have a question about your order), and email address (for order confirmation). If you elect to pay with a credit card, we ask for that information so the credit card payment companies may process your payment.

In order to help us continually improve the Web site experience for our visitors, a cookie may be placed on your computer. A cookie is a small amount of text that your browser picks up and stores. Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Comforting Thoughts has a 30-day full refund policy on all items returned in their original packages.

    To return an item:
  1. Call or email Comforting Thoughts to request an RMA number. You must have an RMA # to receive credit for the return.
  2. Please be sure the item is in its original package and securely pack the item for return. Customer Service will provide you with a specific return address.
  3. Please write the RMA # on the outside of the shipping package.
  4. Allow 2-3 weeks for processing.
