Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Comforting Thoughts has a 30-day full refund policy on all items returned in their original packages.
To return an item:
- Call or email Comforting Thoughts to request an RMA number. You must have an RMA # to receive credit for the return.
- Please be sure the item is in its original package and securely pack the item for return. Customer Service will provide you with a specific return address.
- Please write the RMA # on the outside of the shipping package.
- Allow 2-3 weeks for processing.
